Kim graduated from Winthrop University with a Bachelor's degree in communication. She has 20 years of experience in counseling and coaching Human Resource professionals and business leaders as well as implementing and supporting new programs.
Kim is an active member of National Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), Business Leaders Unleashed, and Cabarrus County Chamber of Commerce. She enjoys supporting causes like Relay for Life, Ronald McDonald House, Operation Christmas Child, and North Carolina Center for Nonprofits.
