Over the years, she noticed that businesses without proper structure in place for growth, management, and training of their people is a recipe for hardship and trials that some businesses cannot overcome.

Baker HR Services was born out of a desire to help companies succeed and reach their goals. Kim gets great satisfaction from working with different clients, watching them grow and prosper in their business endeavors.

Baker HR Services was started to make available Human Resources expertise on as needed basis for companies of all sizes, from small business that cannot afford a full time Human Resources professional to the medium sized company that needs additional Human Resources expertise for a particular Human Resources function, and to the larger business' Human Resources Department that is overwhelmed and needs a hand.

Baker HR Services provides a practical Human Resources approach to help your business get to the next level through HR tools, compliance, benchmarking, employee engagement, recognition, training, HR projects, HR Outsourcing, Recruiting and HR advice and HR guidance.

Baker Human Resources Services Consultants have extensive end to end Human Resources generalist experience equipping them to serve Human Resources consulting clients at both a strategic and execution level. We thoroughly enjoy a new challenge and being the solution to your people management needs. We have serviced the full gamut of business from small companies to international manufacturing companies.

Kim graduated from Winthrop University with a Bachelor's degree in communication. She has 20 years of experience in counseling and coaching Human Resource professionals and business leaders as well as implementing and supporting new programs.

Kim is an active member of National Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), Business Leaders Unleashed, and Cabarrus County Chamber of Commerce. She enjoys supporting causes like Relay for Life, Ronald McDonald House, Operation Christmas Child, and North Carolina Center for Nonprofits.
